Mr Robert Richard Suapim Jnr, an External Public Relations(PR) consultant to the Minister of Education, Dr Osei Yaw Adutwum, has officially declared his intention to contest the upcoming New Patriotic Party (NPP) primaries for the Tema West Constituency in the Greater Accra Region.
