VETERAN Gospel musician Mary Ghansah is gearing up for her annual concert, More Than A Song, scheduled to take place on Sunday, December 3, at the International Central Gospel Church (ICGC) Calvary Temple, Spintex Road.

Joining her on stage for the gig will be Hannah Marfo, Uncle Ato, Celestine Donkor, ACP Kofi Sarpong, Edwin Dadson, Kwaku Teye and Sly Badu.

In a chat with Graphic Showbiz, the Sweet Jesus singer said the annual show serves as a platform for singers to encourage Christians and people from all walks of life to appreciate the essence of worship and thanksgiving.

“Every year, God gives us vessels who are prepared to stand with us to minister to the people God brings to the programme. A lot of prayers have gone into the selection of artistes joining me this year and I’m very confident in the abilities of God to change the lives of people and bring testimonies as well,” she said.

Musicians who have performed in previous editions of the More Than A Song concert are Selina Boateng, Piesie Esther, Abena Ruthy, Michael Anthonio among others.

Mary Ghansah has been in the music industry for close to four decades and has songs such as Kronkron, No Size, Owo Tumi, Otumfo, Nyame MMA, Aseda, Nhyira, Hen Agya, Onipa Ben Ni, Sweet Jesus among others.

And for over three decades, the More Than A Song concert has been a good initiative and a means for Mary Ghansah to tell the world of her immense appreciation of God for a glorious life.
