Coach of Hearts of Oak, Samuel Boadu, has hinted that Great Olympics playmaker, Gladson Awako, would be part of Hearts next season.
Awako emerged on the radar of the Ghanaian champions following an impressive season with city rivals Olympics.
At the end of the season, there were speculations about the movement of the highly-rated player with officials of Hearts of Oak denying interest in the player.
But coach of the league champions, Boadu, has confirmed he personally recommended to the board to sign the 31-year-old former Berekum Chelsea player.
“Yes, it is true that Gladson Awako will be part of Hearts of Oak squad next season. I recommended him to the Hearts of Oak management and Board of directors,” Boadu told Silver FM.
“He is very good with enormous qualities which will help us in our next season’s campaign.”
