Joe Gyaakye Quayson is the MP for Assin North
A Cape Coast High Court presided over by Justice Kwasi Boakye has cancelled the parliamentary elections in the Assin North constituency in the 2020 parliamentary elections.
Justice Kwasi Boakye has subsequently ordered fresh elections to be conducted in the constituency.
The ruling was given on Wednesday July 28, 2021.
